National shipments (mainland Spain and Balearic Islands)
- Urgent: 24-48 hours
- Standard: 48-72 hours
- Post Office: 2-6 working days
Deliveries of bulky or heavy items (tables, fences, robots ...) require a period from 2 to 7 working days

Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla:
-Mails: 5-10 business days
Deliveries of bulky or heavy items (tables, fences, robots ...) require a quote by agency and transit to be confirmed

For orders within the European Union (except Portuguese, French, Italian islands as well as Switzerland and Norway)
-Standard: 2-8 working days (depending on the distance of the destination country from Spain)

For international orders outside the European Union:
- Post office: 10-45 business days

If you choose Post Service, you have to pick up the package from your local post office.

On rare occasions, actual delivery times may be subject to factors beyond our control, such as the length of your response to any request if the order needs additional information, adverse weather conditions, and other carrier delays.
